About the show

The band has spent nearly two decades pushing the boundaries of black metal. Their music blends atmosphere, nature, and spirituality into a distinctive sound. Their live performances are known for a ritualistic feel and intense immersion.

Alongside the headliners, two support acts complete the lineup. American band Worm bring a dark mix of black and doom metal through their “necromantic black doom” sound. London’s Final Dose add raw energy and directness with their blend of black metal and punk.

This is a night that covers multiple shades of the modern underground scene. It is a concert not to be missed.

Wolves in the Throne Room – Pioneers of Atmospheric Black Metal

Who are Wolves in the Throne Room

Wolves in the Throne Room have held a unique place on the global metal scene for nearly two decades. Formed in Washington State, brothers Aaron and Nathan Weaver have created music deeply rooted in nature, spirituality, and life beyond modern urban environments.

Their approach to black metal has always stood apart. Instead of focusing on aggression and nihilism, they emphasize atmosphere, repetition, and a nearly meditative listening experience. This perspective has positioned them among the most important bands of the modern era.

Breakthrough and influence on the genre

A major turning point came with the album “Two Hunters”, widely regarded as a defining release in contemporary black metal. With this record, the band established their signature sound and helped shape what is often referred to as the Cascadian black metal scene.

Their early work gained attention through long, immersive compositions and a strong sense of space. They quickly built a devoted following among both audiences and critics.

Discography and evolving sound

Following “Two Hunters”, the band released albums such as “Black Cascade”, “Celestial Lineage”, and “Primordial Arcana”, each expanding their sonic identity.

Their music is defined by layered production and compositions that unfold like natural cycles. While often associated with the Cascadian scene, their influence reaches far beyond regional or genre boundaries.

Musical world and aesthetics

This American group maintains a strong and consistent artistic vision. Their work is grounded in a DIY approach, analog production, and a lifestyle closely connected to nature.

Thematically, they explore the relationship between humans and the natural world, spirituality, and cyclical processes. Their music often feels introspective and immersive, creating an atmosphere that goes beyond conventional concert formats.

Wolves in the Throne Room live

On stage, the band creates an almost ritualistic experience. The combination of smoke, light, and sound draws the audience into a hypnotic state, blurring the line between performer and listener.

This live dimension is what makes them one of the most compelling bands you can experience today.

Worm – Pioneers of Necromantic Black Doom

Who are Worm

Worm emerged from the murky depths of Florida’s Everglades. They are now one of the most dedicated acts in the underground metal scene. Their music draws from genre legends and obscure demo-era influences. From this, they shape a sound they describe as necromantic black doom. From the beginning, they refused to follow strict genre rules. Instead, they explore new directions within extreme metal.

Breakthrough and evolution

If there is one constant in their work, it is evolution. Early material leaned toward a raw black metal sound. It recalls the French scene of the 1990s. Later releases introduced heavier and slower doom elements. Over time, they built a reputation for constant change. They never stay in one place creatively.

Discography and sonic identity

Albums like “Gloomlord” and “Foreverglade” create dense, swamp-like atmospheres. Doom elements run through every layer. Newer works such as “Bluenothing” and “Starpath” add complexity. They bring in almost symphonic structures. Their music is built on slow, heavy passages and dark melodies. Production adds depth and space. This makes their sound easy to recognize.

Musical world and aesthetics

Worm create a world shaped by death, mystery, and melancholy. Their imagery draws from occult themes and decay. Each composition is carefully constructed. Despite strong influences, their sound feels original and focused.

Worm live

On stage, the band creates a dense and immersive atmosphere. Their shows feel less like concerts and more like an experience. Sound, mood, and intensity drive everything forward. In a scene often defined by irony, they stand apart. Their approach remains serious and fully committed.

Final Dose – A New Force in the European Black Metal Scene

Who are Final Dose

This London-based group represents a new generation of the underground scene. They combine the cold edge of black metal with the direct energy of punk. Since forming in 2020, they have quickly stood out as one of the most exciting emerging acts.

Their approach is simple but effective. They merge raw aggression with atmosphere. The result is a sound that feels both dark and immediate.

Development and releases

Early material gained attention for its intensity and honesty. The EP “Under the Eternal Shadow” laid the foundation of their sound. It introduced a stripped-down but focused direction.

With “Endless Woe”, the band strengthened its position across the European underground. The release showed growth without losing energy.

Across these records, their evolution is clear. The sound becomes more refined, but it keeps its urgency and edge.

Sound and influences

Their music draws from classic black metal and hardcore punk. This mix creates a sharp and dynamic identity. There is no excess or overproduction.

Songs rely on fast rhythms and cutting riffs. Vocals add tension and drive. Everything serves the atmosphere and momentum of the track.

Final Dose live

On stage, the band delivers a raw and direct performance. The focus is on energy and connection with the audience. Their shows feel closer to punk gigs than traditional metal concerts.

This approach makes them stand out in a live setting. The energy spreads quickly and pulls the crowd in. They are a band that is best experienced in front of the stage.
