Mild Orange making their debut in Serbia

New Zealand’s dream pop/indie masters Mild Orange are coming to Serbia for the very first time! The concert will take place on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Zappa Baza in Belgrade, promising a musical journey full of colour, emotion, and honesty.

Known for their lush soundscapes and warm melodies, Mild Orange arrive to promote their fourth studio album “THE//GLOW.” The record represents a new, mature chapter in their artistry – a glowing mix of dream pop intimacy and indie spirit, perfect for those who like to drift through sound.


Special guest – Heavy Chest

Opening the night will be Heavy Chest, the soulful project of New Zealand musician Andre Smith. His gentle blend of soul, indie pop, and tender lyricism sets the ideal tone for what’s to come.

Both bands share the same creative philosophy – sincerity, emotion, and connection. Together, they promise a night that feels intimate, timeless, and deeply human.

Mild Orange was formed in 2016 in Dunedin, New Zealand. From the very start, they aimed to create music that conveys emotions and connects people. Their debut album “Foreplay” (2018) brought global attention. Singles “Some Feeling” and “Mysight” went viral on YouTube, reaching millions of listeners worldwide. The production was led by frontman Josh Mehrtens, whose style continues to shape the band’s identity. Since then, Mild Orange have consistently developed their distinctive sound and loyal audience.

Heavy Chest

HEAVYCHEST is a music project from Aotearoa, New Zealand, founded in 2015 by songwriter Andre Smith. Since the debut album ‘PREHEAT’ in 2017, the project has taken many directions and released a variety of music. He is currently active as a solo performer, playing intimate shows and releasing self-produced music. Recently, he was in France at an arts residency, recording music for his next release.
