Who Are Moraines?
Moraines are a five-piece instrumental band from Zagreb, Croatia. Formed in 2007, they have developed a distinctive sound over nearly two decades.

The band also collaborated with two internationally respected production professionals.
Michael Patterson handled the mixing. His previous credits include Nine Inch Nails, Beck, and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.
Mastering was handled by Howie Weinberg, whose impressive career includes work with Nirvana, Deftones, and Circa Survive.
Their involvement helped bring the band’s ambitious musical vision to life. The result is a powerful and carefully crafted instrumental album.

The release of “Future Histories” brought Moraines considerable attention from Croatian music critics.
The album received praise from Aleksandar Dragaš, Dubravko Jagatić, Krmpotić, and Knežević. It also appeared on year-end lists of the best albums.
